Diego is REDCON1
REDCON1 is pleased to welcome IFBB Pro Diego Guerra!
Coming off a Top 2 finish at this year’s New York Pro. Diego joins the team as he prepares to take the stage again this year! Born in Colombia, Diego was always athletic and played soccer for over 7 years as a kid. While playing soccer he found the gym and started to train and watch his body transform. That is where he found his love for the gym. While at his local gym training, the owner approached him and offered him a free membership to the gym as long as he promised to step on stage to compete. He did just that and never looked back!
Diego has been training at a high level for over 19 years and has the ultimate goal of becoming champion at this sport. Outside of the gym, he enjoys doing real estate investments and helping others get involved in fitness. He currently resides in Miami, FL and also spends time in Manhattan, NY throughout the year.
Diego is currently in preparation to take the stage at the Atlanta Pro Supershow in July to compete in the 212 division!
