Sofia Sanchez is REDCON1
REDCON1 would like to welcome Sofia Sanchez to the team as a Global Fitness Ambassador!
She was born in the Bay Area but raised in Modesto California where she got into fitness during high school where she was an active member of the swim and dance team. With both sports being physically demanding, she found her way in the gym where she looked to better herself and achieve my dream body. She quickly fell in love with the process and has taken on the lifestyle full force and hasn’t looked back!
She challenges herself daily in and out of the gym to help achieve her goals. Currently she is working on leaning out for the summer and enhancing her figure she has built. She wants to help inspire others to create better versions of themselves and teach them that anything is possible with hard work and dedication!
