Claudia Benchea is REDCON1
REDCON1 is pleased to welcome Global Fitness Ambassador Claudia Banchea!
Claudia is originally from Romania but now is based out of Phoenix, AZ! She was always an athlete her whole life. Growing up she was an avid soccer player as well as ran track. That is how she was first introduced to fitness to help train for sports.
She really got into fitness after becoming a mother. She started to see change through training and lifting weights and fell in love with the process over again! She currently runs a small studio out of Phoenix as well as manages her online presence though the Fitplan app!
She always was looking to evolve with fitness and grow. Her goals for the rest of 2023 and beyond are to stay on track and to educate herself as much as possible so she can help others!
