Sam Hall is REDCON1
REDCON1 welcomes Sam Hall to the team as a Global Brand Ambassador. Born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA, Sam enjoyed playing soccer as a kid until he found the weight room. First getting introduced to weights when he was 13, it was a small one piece weight set in the basement of his parents house. It was then he started to see the change and fell in love with the sport of bodybuilding.
Once he turned 18 he was able to prepare and compete on stage for the first time. He hit a few shows over the next couple of years and won a few trophies for his hard work. He has dedicated the last 12 years to focus on building the best version of himself as possible. That is currently his main goal. He also is focusing on getting his numbers up on his bench press, deadlift and squat. Sam still resides in Pittsburgh and brings natural aesthetics and knowledge of the sport to the team

MRE LITE Banana Nut Bread Protein – 1 scoop
Banana –
Almond Milk 1 cup
Ice
Vanilla Flavored Wafers 3-4
Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt 2 tablespoons
Fat free Whipped Cream 1 tablespoon
Macros:
Protein: 28G
Fat: 6G
Carbs: 40G
Directions:
In the blender, add the following 1 whole banana, 2 spoonfuls of fat free yogurt, a cup of almond milk, some vanilla wafers 1 scoop of MRE LITE Banana Nut Bread Protein Powder and ice! Blend it together until it is smooth and pour in a glass! Top it off with the whipped topping and a wafer!
