REDCON1 welcomes Rayssa Resende as a Global Brand Ambassador to the team! Originally from Brazil, she got into fitness to change her appearance and live a healthier life. Growing up she was active as a ballerina but that hindered her from a more muscular physique
After Ballet, she decided to go to the gym more consistently and would have to bike almost 30 minuntes everyday to get there! Eventually moving to Boca Rato, FL,she saw it as a bigger opportunity to live a healthier life and started to prioritize her fitness journey.
Training for almost two years without stopping. In addition to going to the gym and ballet, she was also an avid handball player. Rayssa’s biggest fitness goal right now is to motivate people to get out of their comfort zone and do whatever it takes for you to feel more confident with their appearance and to find something that motivates you to be a better version always.
