Logan Foote is REDCON1
Logan Foote is born and raised in Minneapolis, MN where is still currently based out of. Logan got into fitness at a young age when he started to excel at the The Presidential Fitness Tests, which got me into bodyweight training, which eventually led to sports and weightlifting!
He focused on bodyweight training until he went to college in 2016 and hit the gym. Staying very lean, he was always training for wrestling which he competed from 6th grade up to his freshman year at Minnesota State! He is also a black belt in Tae Kwon Do!
Logan has big goals for the future which include building strength, gaining muscle, and a whole lot more (depending on the time of year). I’m aspiring to achieve the greatest and healthiest version of myself!
