REDCON1 would like to welcome Joanna to the team as a Global Fitness Ambassador! Joanna originally grew up in Poland but moved to Italy before making her way to the US! She currently is based out of Los Angeles where she trains at “The Mecca” Gold’s Gym in Venice! It was there where she started to get into fitness and evolve her physique.
Training at Golds has given her access to some of the best in the fitness industry, she is a trainer herself where she helps her clients reach their fitness goals as a transformation specialist. She also teaches Italian to others as well! We are excited to help her grow with fitness and reach her goal of helping and motivating others!
