IFBB Figure Pro Athlete Danielle Rose
Danielle Rose is an IFBB Pro athlete from Miami, Florida.
Danielle’s first competition was in 2014 as bikini competitor. She had too much muscle for the bikini division, so she switch over to figure.
This is where her relentless goal to turn pro began. She now has her eyes focused on the Olympia stage. This year…SHE WANTS THE WIN.
She was a cheerleader and gymnast growing up, and then began boxing & CrossFit for several years prior to bodybuilding.
Danielle is planning on hitting the stage on April, 22nd at the Charlotte Pro, with REDCON1 Title show and the New York Pro to follow.
She is currently trained by her coach, Tristan James.

MRE LITE Banana Nut Bread Protein – 1 scoop
Banana –
Almond Milk 1 cup
Ice
Vanilla Flavored Wafers 3-4
Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt 2 tablespoons
Fat free Whipped Cream 1 tablespoon
Macros:
Protein: 28G
Fat: 6G
Carbs: 40G
Directions:
In the blender, add the following 1 whole banana, 2 spoonfuls of fat free yogurt, a cup of almond milk, some vanilla wafers 1 scoop of MRE LITE Banana Nut Bread Protein Powder and ice! Blend it together until it is smooth and pour in a glass! Top it off with the whipped topping and a wafer!
