REDCON1 welcomes Gabriela Montes to the team as a Global Brand Ambassador. Originally from Puerto Rico, Gabriela is now based out of Houston, TX where she found her way in the fitness community!
Over the last six years, Gabriela has put in rigorous work in and out of the gym. Building her social media following as well as becoming a land surveyor. She got into fitness by looking for an escape from reality because I needed it at the time, & ended up finding exactly that & the bonus was my new found passion. She also had an athletic upbringing as she played soccer and ran track.
Her biggest goal of 2023 is to put on more mass to my legs and to help as many people as she can!

Ingredients:
MRE LITE Banana Nut Bread Protein – 1 scoop
Banana –
Almond Milk 1 cup
Ice
Vanilla Flavored Wafers 3-4
Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt 2 tablespoons
Fat free Whipped Cream 1 tablespoon
Macros:
Protein: 28G
Fat: 6G
Carbs: 40G
Directions:
In the blender, add the following 1 whole banana, 2 spoonfuls of fat free yogurt, a cup of almond milk, some vanilla wafers 1 scoop of MRE LITE Banana Nut Bread Protein Powder and ice! Blend it together until it is smooth and pour in a glass! Top it off with the whipped topping and a wafer!
