REDCON1 welcomes Gabriela Montes to the team as a Global Brand Ambassador. Originally from Puerto Rico, Gabriela is now based out of Houston, TX where she found her way in the fitness community!
Over the last six years, Gabriela has put in rigorous work in and out of the gym. Building her social media following as well as becoming a land surveyor. She got into fitness by looking for an escape from reality because I needed it at the time, & ended up finding exactly that & the bonus was my new found passion. She also had an athletic upbringing as she played soccer and ran track.
Her biggest goal of 2023 is to put on more mass to my legs and to help as many people as she can!
