Emily is a Florida Native, who’s love for fitness started as a gymnast at 2 years old. She fell in love with the gym in her teens.
Her love for fitness led her to a career as a certified Personal Trainer. She started preparing for her first Bodybuilding show at the age of 19, and competed the following year where she placed 1st at local events.
Emily has ranked high at a national show as an NPC Bikini Competitor. She currently helps others prep for shows and overall lifestyle. On her free time, Emily loves to bake, and cook.
