Blake Ashford is REDCON1
REDCON1 is pleased to welcome Blake Ashford to the team! Growing up in Illinois but joined the Air Force at 18 and was fortunate enough to travel to and live in many places. I am now a veteran and living in Colorado.
Fitness has always been a part of her life. Beginning with sports and her dad taught her how to weight train and taking me to the bike path to time my runs. It eventually became a way of showing myself that I can do hard things, that I will receive what I work for, and is my favorite form of self love. Blake has always been athletic as she played volleyball, ran track and cross country. Blake has been intentionally weightlifting for 6 years!
She recently separated from the military and is now a full time pre-nursing student. Her biggest goals for 2023 and beyond are to continue increasing my strength, be able to run fast for distance, and to show up better every day.
